Integration Coordinator at GCS Facilitators and Consultants-Master Certified Anger Management Facilitator
Tiffany M. Laurencio is a Master Certified Anger Management Facilitator (MCAMF) and Integration Coordinator for GCS Group Facilitators and Consultants. For the past few years she worked in business development, and veteran benefited non-profit expansion to include: fundraising, marketing, executive assistant, program management, outreach coordination, and grant management for projects such as: the Department of Labor Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program, Department of Education, County Mental Health Boards, PACE, Home Depot, Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital, and mental health service centers. The focus of Tiffany Laurencio’s career has been divided between workforce education and training development, human resource management, business development, office management, and non-profit case management. Her previous position allowed her to teach job reintegration, promote workforce and economic development, conduct business analysis, and provide case management for a large population of socioeconomic disadvantaged adults.
Tiffany Laurencio previously worked at University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program, where she was able to provide training to early stage companies with the enabling tools, and infrastructure to create financially stable high growth/impact enterprises. She facilitated training in business coaching and mentoring, business plan development, intellectual property ideas, elevator and business plan pitches, and how to identify funding sources. Ms. Laurencio further preserved economic development partnerships between the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program, the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Development Center, SCORE, National Entrepreneur Center.
Prior to her journey across a vast array of industries, Tiffany Laurencio was assigned to various positions in Human Resources, Education Services, Training Development, and Personnel Pay Services while active duty in the United States Navy. She completed various missions throughout the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe; affording her the opportunity to gain an international perspective and experience diverse “hands-on” intercultural relations. Global awareness encouraged her to invest in the lives of others through education and training development. Her efforts in preparing ship board personnel proved vital for over 1,800 personnel and 37 tenant commands. As an Assistant Training officer she has delivered effective instruction in subjects of Diversity, Human Trafficking, Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Domestic Violence, Family Social Services, and Equal Opportunity Employment for over 2,245 personnel.
Tiffany Laurencio graduated Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s in Science focusing on Workforce Education Development, where she then immediately transcended her knowledge of economic development, management of organizations, report and proposal writing, career development, occupational analysis, curriculum development, instructional methods, education and labor force partnerships, systems management, assessment of performance, and foundation laws of socioeconomic workforce development. Her training needs analysis and training proposal resulting in a Professional Internship at PSD Afloat West in San Diego, CA, where she created linkages and provided training to close “performance gaps”. Prior to her internship, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vincennes University in Indiana with an Associates in Science in General Education studies and received certification in Information System Technology for Networking + and CompTia A+. Ms. Laurencio is also a Certified PearsonVue Testing Administrator.
She contributes to our economy through extracurricular activities and professional associations such as: Volunteers of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars, National Business Incubation Association, Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, and Mid-Atlantic Anger Management Professional Association. She has volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem in Volusia County Florida. She has also volunteered with the Kitsap County Washington Community Board as an "Alternatives to Detention Board Member and as a BECCA Program Assistant for Truancy and at Risk-youth.

She seeks to empower the future of others, she is currently developing a learner-centered, brain-based, curriculum to implement educational research, current issues in literacy, character values, theories of teaching and learning, community of learners, and contemporary educational thought into learner-centered, workforce, and promote cross-cultural experiences.
